The entire composition is circles. Building a whole picture from a single form is the most disciplined move available, and it is what keeps a bright piece from becoming busy.
There is no fixed horizon, so the piece can be hung to suit the wall rather than the other way round. Genuinely useful when the room has already been decided.
The palette is saturated but the drawing is traditional. That combination keeps it out of the territory of graphic prints made for a first apartment.
